PV Industries was established in 1981 as a manufacturer of Electromagnetic Single Disc Clutches and Brakes. Over 45 years, the company has grown into one of India's foremost manufacturers in this category, supplying OEMs and end users across machine tools, textile machinery, packaging, printing, defence, aerospace, medical equipment, and automotive sectors.

The company's clutch-brake combinations are used in CNC lathes, machining centres, rotary indexing tables, loom main shafts, packaging line sealing jaws, and conveyor zone drives — applications where zero-backlash precision and cycle-after-cycle consistency are non-negotiable.
